1, 2, 3, 4: Sponge Iron, Silico Manganese, Aluminium are the ingredients used to manufacture Billet.

5, 6 & 7: when the ingredients starts to get molten, Temperature of the molten metal will gauged.

8 & 9: chemical composition of the molten metal will be measured to mix the required quantity of alloy.

10 & 11: when the molten metal reaches the desired quality level it will be manufactured into billet after that it will be rolled.

12: billet will be straightened.

13, 14, 15, 16: now billet which is used for making steel rod is ready for production.

17 & 18: Billet will be rolled to manufacture TMT steel rod. After every specific interval temperature of the steel rod will be measured.

19 & 20: Qualities like the Strength of the steel rod & Microstucture will be measured.

21: Steel rod will be made to cool down using natural process.

22 & 23: After quality inspection clearance steel rods will be send to the customers.
